Our research on labour turnover rates covers the 2022 calendar year and is based on information from the Cendex dataset. Every organisation supplying data notes leavers and joiners among their workforce, enabling us to track labour turnover across almost 300 organisations over the past year. The figures below draw on data relating to 423,684 current or former employees who were employed by participating organisations between 1 January and 31 December 2022.
